Control system

Electronic control: LEONARDO3.0 software is the management and supervision software for Nardi drying kilns and sterilisers. It has customisable and storable programs, runs under Microsoft Windows® and can manage up to 32 different cells. LEONARDO3.0 has a simple and intuitive graphic interface based on pop- down menus similar to the Windows® system. The entire system of automatic drying programs makes it as easy as possible to start a drying cycle. Several drying programs can be entered, putting them in a queue and allowing the drying cycle to start with a single button. The parameters that control the drying kiln are settable for each drying program and can therefore be stored in the library. In step management, the status of all actuators can be set, managing the drying kiln step by step. Drying steps can be added at the click of a mouse. The new system of simultaneous viewing of several cells allows more immediate and easier management of the drying system. The program shows the drying time prediction according to the schedule. Optional implementable modules: electrical energy management (in addition to thermal energy); zoned ventilation control; external climate detection module for energy optimisation of the drying kiln; alarm notifications on mobile phone.
